
ABOUT BRONWYN
With over 15 years of experience practicing massage therapy, I offer an empowering hands-on approach designed to support deep relaxation, reduce stress levels, improve energy, and help restore a sense of peace and balance within the body.
Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and coach. During this time, I supported people in reaching their personal goals in sport, fitness, rehabilitation, and overall health and wellbeing. This background has given me a strong understanding of how the body moves, functions, and responds to therapeutic care.
Health and wellness are deeply important to me. I take both a holistic and therapeutic approach to massage therapy.
A holistic approach means looking at the body as a whole rather than focusing on just one area of discomfort. Physical tension, stress levels, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing can all influence how the body feels and functions. By considering these connections, I am able to taylor treatments to support the body’s natural ability to relax, restore balance, and promote overall wellbeing.
A therapeutic approach focuses on addressing areas of tension, pain, or restriction within the body. Through targeted massage techniques, therapeutic massage helps relieve muscular discomfort, improve mobility, assist recovery from physical strain, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
By combining both holistic and therapeutic techniques, each treatment can be tailored to your individual needs. This allows me to connect with the body and provide a treatment that supports relaxation, recovery, and a greater sense of balance and wellness.
